- Be primarily responsible for the technical delivery of data lake and data warehousing projects with a team of on-shore and off-shore data engineers, in the bank insurance context.

- Lead a team of data engineers to maintain data infrastructure and business intelligence layers for both batch and real-time data consumption.

- Develop and maintain the in-house stream-based data products.

- Assure the performance of ML pipeline and enhance the work flow between the teams in the project by introducing the novel operational flow for data team: DataOps - MLOps. For the transversal management aspect:

- Coordinate complex data topics which involve multiple international stakeholders in the bank insurance context.

- Work closely with data scientists and be largely in charge of architecting solutions for data scientists that enable them to do their jobs effective and efficient.

Propose an end-to-end Data Analytics solution to clients as a driver for their strategic decision making:

- Data cleaning and wrangling

- Data analysis for business insights

- Predictive models

- On-premise and tailored data visualisation solutions: interactive dashboard and reporting Various domains have been targeted at Vertone Data team:

- Retail and logistics

- Bancassurance

- Pharmaceutics

- Energy distribution and retail

Foundation of Data team at Vertone with the following important missions:

-- Provide a better analytical capacity for the strategic analysis of the company + Implementing novel tools/technologies in our data stack for data processing: Spark, Kafka, R data stack (data.table, Shiny), python data stack (pandas, pyspark), Cloud Data Analytics solutions (GCP, AWS, Azure) + Fast-iterative data analytics approach + Massive volume data ETL pipeline implementation: either using tailored solution or ETL tools
