I launched and developed a modern IT managed services provider, leading all aspects of sales & marketing, product management, and finance. Within 6 months, I secured over €120k in contracts with a portfolio of 8 clients, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. I drove all marketing strategies and channel activations (partnerships, inbound/outbound, content), building a strong brand centered on human-centric, responsive IT support. I also developed a product from scratch. Additionally, I managed financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and negotiating initial loans.

I defined and led the company’s product strategy, owning the platform end-to-end and delivering features that drove significant increases in user engagement and retention. I built and maintained a collaborative product roadmap aligned with company objectives, implemented in-app tracking to measure performance and guide decisions, and established a strong production process that improved execution and quality. In addition to managing the rest of the product team, I oversaw the engineering team for several months in the absence of a CTO, ensuring continuity, alignment, and delivery across both product and tech functions.

At Qonto, I worked on core banking and accounting, leading the development of some of the company’s most strategic features. I played a key role in launching instant transfers, the most impactful product release of recent years, now used daily by over 600,000 businesses across Europe. I also developed a feature that enables companies to centralize and pay their supplier invoices, streamlining financial operations for SMEs. On a daily basis, I collaborated closely with a full cross‑functional squad — including a product designer, UX writer, and front-end, back-end and mobile engineers — to deliver reliable, intuitive, and widely adopted products.
