Product readiness & market launch : project management across business stakeholders to ultimately ensure the closure of profitable and successful business deals with existing & new clients

Product strategy: builds and re-iterate the product direction leveraging customer insights from Voice of Customers + business opportunities from Sales Development department

New product development: ensures that we timely create best in class products following & bringing to life the products of the agreed product strategy, handing over to Operations once at industrialisation stage

Operations: closely aligns with Product Development team to replicate recipes at Co-Manufacturer side, leading overall sourcing / quality / production & distribution work-streams to successfully introduce new products (or improve existing ones) across all supply chain actors

Sales development: scouting for market & business opportunities to drive the incremental revenues & leading new conversations with potential clients

Lead the Product Development of the enhancement and filtering cartridges for a smart home device for water filtration

Drive the process of industrialisation of the cartridges portfolio throughout the whole lifecycle, e.g. from concept development to manufacturing until launch

Coordinate the implementation of the recycling program of the cartridges

Lead cross-functional and cross-company teams in a agile work mode
