Created and launched a community café for Groupe VYV, developing engagement strategies to involve local residents in café activities. Set up a takeaway service for the Paris restaurant (from supplier negotiations to construction oversight). Wrote an internal CSR implementation process and conducted a comparative market study to design a commercial proposal for the event division.
