Nettoyer ses données et les faire tourner pour sortir des indicateurs pertinents permettant au client de (1) suivre son parc clients (2) prendre des décisions stratégiques par rapport au lancement de nouveaux produits (3) être alerter le plus tôt possible en cas de divergence.
