Avec +15 ans d'expérience en recrutement Tech et un background informatique j'ai une très forte compréhension des différents métiers de l'IT (R&D, Infra, Delivery, PO/PM, etc.) et des technologies disponibles sur le marché.

Être recruteur tech aujourd'hui ce n'est pas juste savoir chercher un profil avec des booléens ou des outils d'automatisation (ce que je sais faire depuis quelques années déjà, parmi les pionniers sur le marché francophone), mais c'est aussi avoir une culture générale très complète de ce monde, se tenir à jour et en veille sur toutes les technos du marché (au bout de 6 mois tu es déjà has been), c'est avoir des échanges complets et même débattre avec tes candidats sur des choix techniques ou les challenger sur leur recherche (tu gagneras leur respect surtout pour les profils experts), et c'est avant tout de l'humain, construire une relation avec ses candidats (comme un agent dans le foot je dirais :p).

Bref vous l'aurez compris, depuis de nombreuses années, je me lève, je déjeune, dîne et dort dans ce milieu, et j'aime ce métier !

Alors si vous avez besoin de construire une équipe R&D, Infra, Cloud ou encore Delivery/Support, et même Sales... ou encore si vous souhaitez équiper votre team de recrutement et/ou la former/mentorer sur tous les outils d'automatisation et de sourcing (lead generation) pour optimiser leurs résultats...
