Management of a team of managers, their direct reports, and the freelancers. Ensuring efficiency in the workflow and media production pipeline to reach the high volume required (1500 4 to 6 minutes a month) while maintaining the quality standard. Project management with JIRA, both closely following the quality and deadlines of the deliverables, as well as generating weekly reports and communicating with the stakeholders.
