External Agency Enablement &Quality Assurance (MUT Agency): Designed and led a dedicated training program to mentor the creative teams at our partner agency, MUT Agency, on our proprietary minisite framework and creative standards. This initiative successfully elevated their output to meet Veepee's high quality-of-execution standards, ensuring brand consistency and a premium user experience across all partner-produced campaigns. Scalable Solution Architecture: Drove the architecture of the Design System and front-end framework (Vue 3, TypeScript), ensuring scalability, performance (60 FPS), and long-term maintainability. My work supported hundreds of annual campaigns across more than 10 European markets.

Mentorship & Culture of Excellence: Cultivated a culture of excellence within the internal Ad Studio team, which handled the high-stakes French market. By leading constructive code reviews, championing best practices, and actively sharing knowledge, I played a pivotal role in elevating the team's overall skill level and establishing a benchmark for quality that was recognized by leadership. Innovation & R&D: Conducted proactive tech scouting to integrate cutting-edge technologies (GSAP, WebGL) and modern methodologies. I initiated and led R&D projects on integrating generative AI (MidJourney, v0.dev, Cline, Claude sonnet etc…) into rapid prototyping workflows to accelerate ideation.

E-commerce Technical Leadership: Spearheaded the technical direction for the e-commerce portal redesign of Carrefour (Drive & Ooshop), overseeing front-end development, providing UX consulting, and optimizing user journeys.

Strategic Component Development: Designed and integrated complex UI components for convergence projects in the banking (Société Générale) and insurance (AXA) sectors, focusing on modularity, performance, and security. Event-Driven Page Creation: Led the front-end development of sales and special operations pages for Showroomprivé, translating creative concepts into responsive and engaging web experiences.
