Bonjour! Je suis un ingénieur polytechnicien qui vient de finir une thèse en biologie quantitative à l'Institut Pasteur. J'ai donc passé les quatre dernières années à analyser des datasets complexes et à résoudre des problèmes ouverts sur des sujets divers.
J'ai travaillé sur des techniques d'analyse d'images, d'inférence complexe, un calculateur carbone pour les administrations ou encore du clustering des arrets de velib dans paris.
Je code essentiellement en Python (scikit learn, pandas, pytorch etc.), et j'ai une bonne maitrise de Matlab et Mathematica. J'ai aussi de solides bases en mathématiques. Je suis autonome, créatif et je suis bon pour travailler sur et résoudre des problèmes ouverts.
