Infogreffe's groupment own by court clerks, processing data about french enterprises for public services and with a public accessibility.

They wanted to renew entirely their system.

My remote team (2 front 1 back 1 PO 1 TL) was assigned to the development from scratch of the public portal + the user management system (about 220k sessions by day).

My tasks :
- Architecture of the front (public portal + cms) + user management system (compliancy with the old systems)
- Lead Tech: technological choices + transversal vision keeper (front/back/ops), documentation, PR reviews, helps with specific tech problems
- Product contributor : needs analysis/challenge, User Stories writing
- Team coach : Scrum Master of the internal team (mainly retrospectives facilitator, decision tracking, good practices keeper), team growth envision (one to one, how to improve the team), team shield + contact point
