Contributed to Pubstack's strategic shift from pure Analytics to Ad Management, developed from scratch with the squad. Coordinated closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success & Sales throughout the build phase, from specs to delivery and QA. Owned Pubstack's Analytics product, leading a squad of 6 Full stack Engineers and 1 Product Designer. Managed roadmap, backlog, and team coordination Strengthened collaboration with Customer teams through better processes and communication. Introduced & built a "Feature Request" tool to streamline and prioritize feedback. Worked in a Shape-Up framework: ran workshops, user interviews, and client-facing sessions.

Collaborated closely with Tech and Customer Success teams to improve the product. Contributed expertise in Agile methodologies. Took ownership of Product Design initiatives. Short term experience, joined Pubstack via referral. Scibids is an AI bid optimization engine for programmatic DSPs (Double Verify, TheTradeDesk, Xandr...)
