Je conseille également mes clients en matière de transactions commerciales (notamment lorsqu'elles impliquent la cession ou la concession de titres de propriété intellectuelle).
Ma pratique recouvre notamment la gestion de dossier techniques (brevets, secrets des affaires, logiciels, etc.). J'apprécie particulièrement de me confronter à des technologies innovantes pour les comprendre et adapter mon travail et mes prestations aux clients.
Une part importante de mon activité recouvre la formation des équipes des clients aux problématiques de la propriété intellectuelle (réalisées en ligne) pour professionnaliser les échanges avec les équipes juridiques et prévenir d'éventuels contentieux.
Je propose également une prestation de valorisation d'actifs incorporels.
