– Assist Company’s leadership to structure the initiative, set up PM and Operations capabilities and secure the overall execution. Obtained the registration as agent of e-money provider in France.

– Establish the operating model and process/capabilities framework, modelled the service P&L,

– Prepare audit by our Banking partner, structure and put in motion internal Risk, Control and Compliance function,

§ After working on the strategy process for 2 years, focused on building and animating the prospection on a portfolio of emerging technology.

§ Started with blockchain apps : supported bank's business departments in use-case discovery, participation in first SEBC Hackaton around central bank digital currency. Initiated first blockchain CB project in Europe with the support of a startup.
