• - Managed the transition of Treasury leadership in Paris and Singapore over several months, successfully recruiting new Heads of Treasury and overseeing liquidity management, Asset Liability Management (ALM), and Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO) activities, while establishing new counterparties.

• - Work with the management to build, develop and manage Treasury services and capabilities to ensure appropriate liquidity levels for LCR, NSFR and business funding purposes by actively employing tools such ECP/CD, EMTN, IRS, money market

• - Establish ECP/CD program for ABC Luxembourg Branch; establish EMTN program for ABC Luxembourg Branch (in process)

• - Develop and implement LCR, NSFR and MiFID II regulatory requirements internally (reporting and best practice standards) with production of related procedures and internal controls thereof

• - Assume initial responsibility and provide oversight for business development and initial plans for foreign exchange and interbank borrowing/ lending, in addition to money market transactions and security investments

• - Set the direction, strategy and guidelines and maintain responsibility for daily cash management, liquidity, interest rate, currency risk and around ALM position
