Georges Sekias

Salut! I'm Georges Sekias, a Paris based artist, with so much passion for painting, sketching, sculpturing. Growing up in the iconic city of Aleppo, I spent my early years fascinated by art and its history all around the world and was amazed and influenced by works of globally renewed artists from Rodin to Van Gogh. Today, painting is at the center of my daily life. Even as a packaging engineer at Loreal, I found a way to mix my passion with my fulltime profession and developed a method to paint with the makeup that doesn't make it to the store shelves. This blending of art and make-up, where different substances and shades unite and evolve to express an idea, has been a world that I have truly enjoyed discovering for the past couple of years. Inspired by everything around, I also do coffee painting, an idea and skill that was born after some spilled coffee. I am excited to always grow as an artist and find new ways to be creative and to extend the range of my talent, in a world where nothing shall go to waste, whether it’s coffee, makeup or the possibility of more art in the world!
