- Management de projet: pilotage du planning et suivi des actions, pilotage des risques, préparation de comités

- Conduite du changement : analyse d’impacts, plan de conduite du changement, déploiement

- Elaboration of purchasing strategies, market studies, sourcing, RFI/RFQ, negotiations, contracts, QCD follow-up

- Strategic cost diagnosis, Process mapping, Cost structure determination, Implementation of optimization levers and application of best practices

- Provide clients with support and advising their management teams on strategic and operational questions such as global sourcing, supplier development, change management and the formation of purchasing organizations

- Monitoring of purchases and construction of dashboards and KPI's

- Definition of purchasing strategy, sourcing of suppliers, RFI/RFQ, call for tenders, analysis and negotiation, contracting

- Improving and securing purchasing policies of relief items and introducing good practices in the supply chain management

- Coordination of the supply chain at the national level (purchasing, transport, handling, storage) Management and skills development of the Purchasing and Logistic team (5 people)
