Joined as Senior Front End developer to be the first front end employee.

Built 3 differents platform throughout the years different front end frameworks.

The two first ones used Angular, Material, NGXS and NX to orchestrate our monorepository.

The last one used React, Tailwind, Redux, NX and followed a domain driven development architecture.

I helped more junior engineers to develop their technicals skills along with taking appropriate career actions to grow as individual contributors, technical leaders or engineering managers.

The front end team is now composed of 4 engineers capable of delivering on many differents topics like Angular, React, devops and monitoring best practices like writing github pipelines or tracking bugs / performance issue on LogRocket.

WeMaintain has scaled greatly during the last few years and now counts more than 150 employees located in 3 differents countries around the world.

Built a team of 9 engineers capable of delivering on many different frameworks like Angular, React Native, SalesForce.

Managed a Angular monorepository codebase thanks to NX, and followed all clean code principles :

- 90% code coverage on all of our products

- E2E testing for critic scenarios

- Visual testing to prevent visual regressions

- Constant product releases through feature flags

- Monitoring on Sentry and Datadog

Helped and coached members of the front end team both on technical and career aspects with tools like 15five, 360 reviews, progression check-in, weekly one-and-ones

Built an admin dashboard connected to the client platform data to administrate all operations
