Many people are promoted into leadership roles without formal leadership training. At the same time, increasing workloads, deadlines and workplace pressures make it difficult to think clearly, communicate effectively and perform consistently.

My work combines practical leadership development with breathwork and nervous system regulation. This helps clients improve communication, decision-making, confidence and leadership effectiveness while learning how to manage stress, regulate their state and maintain well-being.

I am a COMENSA-registered Transformation Coach, SAQA-certified Trainer, I3 Personality and Team Dynamics Facilitator, and Breathwork Instructor, with experience across corporate, educational, hospitality and entrepreneurial environments.

I have facilitated programmes for organisations including Stadio Holdings and have worked with corporate teams, educational institutions, hospitality organisations and conferences.

My approach is practical, engaging and focused on real-world application. I help people become calmer, more confident and more effective leaders while developing the ability to perform at their best when pressure is highest.

Discovering a niche for practical production training in the film industry and the need for leadership skills development, I created and currently facilitate programs to help develop crews and train people wanting to get into the industry. Part of the program is my leadership skill program which has been validated by SACIA. Even though these programs are facilitated live, due to COVID they are available online.

The company began as a small delivery service to the film and photographic industry with myself and 2 freelance drivers. I sold the company 6 years later having built it into the premier courier service for upmarket designers, interior decoraters, architects, and the film and photographic industry in the Cape. As Owner/Manager I had up to 13 staff members reporting to me, and was responsible for the marketing, administration and day to-day running of the company.
