Gaëtan in a few words

Durant 10 années à côtoyer de nombreuses équipes, clients, et à participer à bon nombre de projets, j'ai eu la chance d’apprendre sans cesse sur beaucoup de plan.
Le partage de nos connaissances et l’entraide sont primordiaux pour moi, qu’il s’agisse de former quelqu'un, de l'aider, ou qu’il s’agisse de discuter d'un problème pour trouver ensemble une solution, le partage est essentiel.
Un autre point clé est la qualité. Dans ce métier en constante évolution il ne faut pas avoir peur de se remettre en question et ne pas avoir peur de ne pas savoir. Il ne faut jamais hésiter à demander de l'aide, d'avoir un avis externe. Toujours rechercher une des meilleures solutions possibles, garder une bonne qualité du code et donc du produit. C’est du moins ma propre vision et c’est ce que j’essaye de mettre en pratique au quotidien.
