• Set and lead comprehensive goals for performance and growth

• Design and implement strategies (Marketing, Accounting, Digital,..) plans and procedures after environmental scanning, planning and budgeting

• Ensure effective recruiting of higher management

• Oversee daily operations of the Company and the work of the Executives with weekly meetings and constant communication with the 7 main managers

• Draft and establish policies that promote company culture and vision

• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication by fostering collaboration within the team, setting up clear goals and creating a monthly meeting for each manager to explain their achievements

• Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics and set targets and forecast for future sales

• Write and submit reports to the CEO and President

• Manage relationships with key customers, clients, and partners
