Main tasks and responsabilities:

- Master Schedule activities control for all INT Departments and INT Projects (9)

- Director support in budget and resource planning.

- IT tasks organization, creation, development for the whole Department

- Change Management process with IOC/IPC

- websites and internal data management using Smartsheet as PM basis tool and other Microsoft Pack tools ( Office, Teams, Sharepoint, Powerautomate, Planner, Onedrive)

- Data migration to Cloud

- weekly 1 to 1 with Head of for updating

- project management support to Project Managers in specific projects such as Tokyo, NOC/NPC services, Cooperations with MilanoCortina, Cooperation with Birmingham, Sustainability certification for ISO 20121)

- other projects with OCOG (Village): development of an Excel-based tool in order to optimize Village places considering several variables and generating an important saving comparing with Rio scenario.

- All FA with NCS accountability: creation of a Smartsheet- based automatic form to threat all Questions from NOC/ NPC, create three database in three languages, mesure service level, dispatch automatically questions to the right involved FA, create real time email alert to responsables, mesure time to answer and get automatic reports and analysis on this topic (legacy for Games)

PMO Deployment Office 365 Agents AXA France-Conseil DTOA

Mission: Deployment nomad pack+Office 365 / Target: AXA Agent in France 3k / Client: Tribu Poste de Travail AXA France

PMO in a transformation project - More than 30p DSI contributors, double sponsorship, impact on the whole product développement /méthodologie. ETP

Mapping for each DSI AXA France Tribu, Activity Analysis driven by a 1622 people survey feedback with Qualtrics, to check delta with Feature Team 2016 original model

Project Management Officer - Conseil DTOA pour le DDC AXA France

Mission: Mapping BLME / Target: All AXA network / Client: DDC (Devoir du conseil)

PMO, in charge to reorganize and simplify data flow from five multi-network front app to BLME Database (then datalake), to reach data-drivenability.

Process Manager - Conseil DTOA pour les Services de la GPD RH Axa France

Mission: RH internal projet / Target: about 20k final users / Client: RH GPD

Service update and review of the basic offer, process review and simplification, to better handle all questions on Payements and Declarations passed through this call-center service. Objective: improve time and quality to get a full exhaustive answer + find out axes of simplification (frequency, time spent, stressful actions) and sharing innovative/digital solutions in RH sector

Change Management - Conseil DTOA

Mission: International Genius Project - Program Convergence (fusion with Genworth LPI) / Target: about 10k final users / Client: AXA Partners

A Change Management and Process Review mission, to deliver an User Guide (Eng) for italian pilot of Task Manager, a new salesforce-based software used in Operative Centers and ECC.
