I joined MMyWorld as its first consultant when the company was just starting out, with the mission to build Regenerative Community Markets worldwide, inspired by the success of Mercato Metropolitano in London.

I supported the definition of the mission and vision, the creation on the consulting arm MMySupportive, helped structure the first internal processes, and coordinated the development of international Food Hall projects across Japan, China, Saudi Arabia, Europe, and the US. I built strategic relations with real estate developers and key players in each market, and supported the drafting of operational documents and sales strategies.

In the last 2 years I gained a deep knowledge of the global Food Hall industry, hands-on experience in early-stage business building, and the ability to turn vision into action across complex, multicultural environments.

With over 10 years of experience in sales and international project development (Europe, America, Asia, Middle East), I help companies and entrepreneurs who operate - or aspire to grow - within the hospitality world (hotels, bars, restaurants, real estate, academies, universities, individuals) to develop and strengthen their business.
