- As a ScrumMaster: enhance existing Scrum practices, train and coach my team

- As a Team Leader / Delivery Manager: Follow up the run and evolutions, ensure the team knows and follows the release process, help remove any impediment that may show

Within VERONE Datalake, as a ScrumMaster:

- Participate in the Scrum of Scrums, share and improve our practices

- Advise the client

- Produce the key metrics required for the client high-level follow-up

Working in PCT Datalake team on : GPS-BI & PCC, as well as Scrum implementation

On the PCT Datalake :

My mission main purpose was to create a new "Gift and Entertainment" worldwide application for the following BNPP regions: CIB Americas, CIB UK, CIB APAC.

Driven by regulatory requirements (FINRA, FCA, MAS), we were building a software with a common frame, though flexible enough to accommodate local regulations and business needs.

I was in charge of:

- Animating workshops to define User Stories and Epics with the Product Owner

- Organizing workshops with BNPP inhouse UX/UI team to design the new software

- Co-animating of Daily meetings with the team

- Presenting end of sprints demonstrations to the stakeholders

- Co-Animating Retrospective meetings

- Documenting the application

- Organizing users training

- Redacting testing procedures for UATs

In addition to the above, I oversaw transversal tasks like:

- Review and optimization of the overall team's support process

- Overall support for the applications platforms COMeT and CET

- Co-animation of Agile Serious Games
