An international leader of the yeast industry has migrated from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. Other entities (from France, Egypt, South America, USA…) of the group must migrate as well to the S4/HANA core model on modules FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM and QM. As the leader of Data Team my role was to :
Report the progress of the data migration activities to the stakeholders of the project.
Supervise and train consultants responsible for advice the key users to fill-in the SAP Templates and to migrate the data.
Support and coordination of key users during the data migration.
Integration of the SAP Templates in a Microsoft Power BI data model to check the data quality before the migration within all the files to avoid post migration issues.
Migration of the data files in SAP LTMC, explain technical and functional errors to the key users to help the to fix data issues.

SAP BW 7.5 on HANA Technical Lead

Integration, maintenance and improvement of a piloting platform of financial performances for the Life Division of an international leader of Re-insurance.
The solution has been built on SAP BW on HANA, Analysis for Office and Fiori to meet the specificities of the business requirements. During the past 4 years my multiples roles in this project were :

Lead Solution : Analysis of business requirements, workshop organization and design of the solutions. Ensure quality of developments provided by the team (two other consultants) to keep an evolutive and maintainable solution. Ensure effective skills development of junior consultants.

PMO : Agile project - organization of daily meetings and task distribution and tracking of each member of the team and recording of meetings. Ensure good communication with other stockholders.

Technical Expertise : Strong technical skills on SAP BW 7.5 on HANA & Analysis for Office.
Build of two data flows adapted to IFRS4&IFRS17 accounting standards.
Integration of a quarterly process to load and enrich our data models with master data, coming from a non SAP source.
Build of multiple financial AfO reports, to display very granular data, to perform actuals vs. plan comparison, to handle budget & forecast processes or to publish insurance ratings.
Build of financial report generator for the top management of the company.
Build of matrix management of data access authorization users (Country/Product Line).
Build of multiple input-ready AfO cockpits to allow admin users to pilot the platform.
Build of top adjustments AfO workbooks to assign missing granular information.
Reports performance boosting by optimizing the existing data flows.
ABAP programs, module functions, exit variables to meet business specificities.
UAT & Go-Live support, and maintenance of the solution..
