Managing the Growth team (7-11 people) including growth marketers & engineers, acquisition specialists & working closely with the Content & Design teams.
Scaling various B2B lead generation models from scratch to 50+ countries generating 20% of bookings for Q1 2020 - Outreach & paid acquisition.
Launching the acquisition models for new B2C verticals - Wedding, MeeroDrop, SMB.
Scaling the acquisition of thousands of photographers in 100+ countries.
Automating hundreds of workflows and bots - Zapier, Integromat.
Optimizing the conversion funnels with the creation of hundreds of landing pages - Unbounce, Webflow.
Working with Global CRM teams to implement and operationalizz the Growth strategies - Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive.

- Responsable acquisition et Growth Hacking :
Mon rôle est d'optimiser quotidiennement la mise en place d'outils et d'automatismes destinés à augmenter 1) la rétention 2) le trafic 3) la conversion 4) l'acquisition
Outils online (Fb Ads, Google Adwords, YouTube, régies web, mailing automation, tracking Active Campaign) et offline (publicité, affichage, opérations) et d'analytics (MixPanel, Active, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Segment, Création d'un CRM interne, Intercom, etc.)
Management d'une équipe de 3 personnes (1 chef de projet, 1 CM et 1 développeur)
- Responsable Marketing:
1) Études de marché, cible et création et suivi d'offres.
2) Gestion de 2 campagnes 360, début et fin 2017: print, partenariats, affichage (métro, digital et sauvage), flyage, événementiel, content marketing.

- Product Manager: gestion des projets tech et management de l'équipe de 3 développeurs (Growth tools, tracking web, back office).
- Organisation et gestion des levées de fonds 2016 (1M€) et 2017 (0,8M€): réalisation du business plan, du dossier officiel (executive summary, pitch deck), pitch, gestion investisseurs potentiels et confirmés.
- Responsable Développement commercial B2B 2016: prospection et gestion des différents projets (Facebook, Blablacar, Unilever, Sodexo, The Brand Nation, Chanel, Havas, CMG, clients confidentiels)
- Rédaction de documents officiels: prospection commerciale, levée de fonds, BPI, executive summary; comptabilité.
- Optimisation des process opérationnels: automatisation, optimisation et expression des besoins.
- Recrutement stagiaires, managers, développeurs et coursiers.
