Managing logistics excellence of LVMH Hub (Fragrances & Cosmetics) close to 200 staffs and 200,000 sqft of operations. This RDC includes automation and robotics system. (Direct solution team 4 peoples including logistics data analysts, application analysts and IT executive).

- Establish, maintain & develop strong relationship with LVMH Client / Act as the clients' "centre of gravity" on implementations & issue resolution
