1. Managing and developing the Moodle-based learning management system (Rainforest Alliance Learning Network - 11000+ users - Target groups: internal staff, Associate Trainers, farmers, Certification Bodies...)

• Understanding stakeholder needs for online training platform and processes linked to the platform, prioritising requirements for development and managing stakeholder expectations

•Coordination of regular releases with external implementation partner (run book, communication, informing stakeholders, documenting and reporting on progress, keeping budget overview, implementing styleguide etc)

•Demonstrating new features, coordinating user acceptance testing and integrating collected feedback

•Contributing to the improvement of processes (Value Stream Mapping, LEAN, creation of feedback loop) to deliver increased value
