As the Regional ESG Coordinator for KMD Brands (Rip Curl, Kathamndu and Oboz), I will support the implementation of our sustainability strategy across Europe by tracking ESG goals, coordinating data for reporting, driving waste and carbon reduction initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to align on key environmental and social projects, including circular economy programs like product recycling and rental schemes.

Drive and implement sustainability initiatives across various areas of Rip Curl operations, with a focus on recycling, upcycling, and overall environmental awareness.

Assist the Product Manager in managing and developing the Product Line, in order to obtain distinction in the market, promote the brand values and achieve the action plan carried out as well as the financial objectives established.
