I’ve carried startups end-to-end for years: from MVP to production, stabilizing live systems, handling infrastructure and deployments, and making hard trade-offs under real constraints (budget, deadlines, cross-border ops, unreliable teams).
I’m not here to sell hype or rebuild everything from scratch.
