Hi my name is Evie, I'm Australian and am based in Europe. I offer support to new and scaling brands in new product development, project management and product strategy.

I have extensive knowledge of the beauty, wellness and lifestyle categories with 15 years of experience in NPD in the following categories: haircare, skincare, body care, tanning beauty, wellness, luxury, accessories, print, packaging and branded merchandise.

I have worked as both a consultant to new brands preparing to launch and scaling brands who are growing their product range. As well as within beauty brand teams and as such, understand all the intricacies that come with launching, scaling and sustaining a new brand in a very competitive market. My expertise spans strategy, innovation, design, compliance, sourcing, cost-optimisation, production and retail.

My key objective is to develop innovative, best-in-class product for new and existing brands. I prioritise product efficacy, innovative design and competitive margin.

I've launched and scaled three new-to-market brands (Sand & Sky, Coco & Eve, Straand… *watch this space*) with a focus on innovation, new product development and operations.
