Je possède une double formation ingénieur et finance, et plus de 10 ans en gestions d'actifs en tant qu'analyste marchés immobiliers notamment de bureaux en Europe. J'ai travaillé chez des grands noms de la gestion d'actifs tels que AXA Investment Managers et BNP Paribas Real Estate, à Paris et à Londres.
Ensuite, en freelance, j'ai réalisé des missions pour BNP Paribas et Hines France dans le cadre d’investissements immobiliers de bureaux.
J'ai développé plusieurs outils et modèles Excel/VBA ayant servi à orienter la stratégie d'investissement des fonds sous gestion. Je suis expert en analyse du risque et modélisation de portefeuilles et j'ai une bonne connaissance des différentes classes d'actifs financiers traditionnels.
