Definition of the group-wide AI roadmap, framing of requirements, and coordination of resources (human, budgetary, time) for the implementation of major projects for a leading actor in the European banking industry. As a PMO, I was responsible for aligning tech and business counterparts, and ensure a smooth communication back and forth, while insuring the deadline were met in budget.

Conducted multi-sector data transformation projects, adapting to the challenges of data transformation at different scales and in various contexts

Bank : Framed the setup of a new Data Platform : roles, operating model, organisation, testing, etc. (2 months)

Insurance : Organized an AI Hackathon (4 months),

Acculturated COMEX members to generative AI (3 months), decommissioned an obsolete solution for a BRM system, from framing to testing of implemented solution (5 months)

Retail : Redesigned the data patrimony (data model, referentials, and governance) and implemented a MDM solution from end-to-end to support this new vision (10 months)

Luxury : Defined a new data governance at group-level : operating model, guidelines, roles & responsibilities (7 months)

Other : Implemented a Data Catalog for business users to ease access to clean data (4 months), redefined the mid-to-long term data ambition, aligning all business lines on a shared objective (6 months)

Addressed move-to-cloud projects, notably with security solutions (virtual enclaves). Carried out the framing (functional scope, objectives definitions, acceptance criterias...), gathering of requirements, testing and demonstration of the security solutions to a board of C-level executives.
