Lead of a team of 10 persons, involved in planification, warehouses operations (50 premises, 1.5M€ inventory) and continuous improvement. KPIs set-up and follow-up to control and establish action plans. Build-up the monthly and annually forecasts of the department.

Create the new SC&L and procurement area for the group by consolidating needs and demands from all companies (12).
