• Main responsibilities included conducting in-depth company and industry research, preparation of presentations and other materials for clients, preparation of buy/sell side pitchbooks, developing and maintaining complex financial models and performing various financial analysis, including valuation and merger consequences

• Supported the Natural Resources, Power and Infrastructure team in the marketing and execution of M&A transactions in the fields of Oil & Gas, Energy Transmission, Infrastructure and Chemicals
