ACRELEC is a global technology company focused on reinventing the customer experience for restaurant and retail brands. Leveraging decades of software, hardware and service expertise, we develop and integrate new platforms that increase customer engagement, optimize efficiency and improve operations. Head of SCO products, and head of technical partnerships. My goal was to design, create and build the world's leading smart stores.

- Launched a new product line (Self Checkout): defined the Value Proposition, developed the product vision and Go-To-Market strategy (Personas, Business model canvas), managed the product development (Requirements, design-to value, UX), roadmap planning and innovation (Proof-of-Concepts)

- Developed the partners ecosystem: integrated technology partners (AI computer vision software, ISV), enlarged sales channels, organized joint marketing campaigns (trade shows, webinars, social networks)

As ACRELEC France CTO, my role was to:

- Lead the projects (McDonald's, KFC, BK, Leroy Merlin, Total, ...)

- Lead and manage the project team

- Structure and put development processes in place

- Build new opportunities and support the pre-sales team

- Be part of the company governance
