Dernière mission avec Malt , dans l'industrie pharmaceutique, pour une société appartenant au groupe chinois FOSUN. Une belle entreprise de 90Mios de CA, une des plus belles sociétés françaises selon Ernst & Young et L’Express 2019. J'ai automatisé, à partir de fichiers sources SAP, l'édition des bulletins de paie et le reporting de synthèse de paie sur l'ensemble de leur réseau de distribution en Afrique.

Passionné par les marchés financiers et le trading, j'ai travaillé dans plusieurs sociétés de gestion. C'est ainsi que j'ai développé mes premiers codes vba.

Le plus gros développement en intrapreneuriat, fut la construction d'un outil de gestion de trésorerie pour la banque privée dans laquelle je manageais le pole trésorerie (position Eur et Devises de la banque en overnight et tom-next, 6 millards par mois, approche transverse sur les flux cash clients, titres, asset management, ALM,...).

Pour rapprocher une grande quantité de données, automatiser des taches répétitives, construire des tableaux de bord, des reportings ou des outils d'aide à la décision, excel reste un outil puissant.

Mes expériences me permettent d'avoir une vision transverse des organisations qui font appel à moi. L'objectif : produire un outil personnalisé et évolutif
