About Eric

I have one mission: get founders out of operations. The work has multiple levers but the goal is one.

I work it from two sides at once. On the coaching side, I help the founder take control of the situation and design their own exit from the operational role. On the systems side, I build the organizational capacity that makes that exit possible. The capacity gap is usually the bigger holdback, not the founder's will.

What sets me apart with small businesses and teams: I create the infrastructure, the processes, and the rules that let the team move without the founder. I give them a global view of their information, and I improve how it gets captured, organized, and queried. I help them build custom business systems outside the stack of high-priced SaaS subscriptions, systems that are easily maintained because today's technology (Claude Code, agent coding, MCP, modern APIs) makes custom-built faster and more sustainable than rented.

I often step in as interim COO during the engagement. At the end, the founder walks away with an organization built in a way that does not need me. The business runs on its own. The founder focuses on their highest value and their most desired contribution to the business, the work only they can do.

I came up as a Chemical Engineer at ExxonMobil before I was a coach, and twenty years as a coach before I was building AI systems. The seam between systems and people is where I work.

Outside of work, I sit a daily Buddhist meditation, I write, I teach leadership occasionally at IUT Chalon, and I live in France. I work in English (native) and French.

Daily practice: Claude Code, Manor (my integrated client platform), direct API integrations across CRM and finance stacks, SQL and webhooks for plumbing, structured prompt engineering, voice-driven operations.
