De 2019 à 2023, j’ai tenu un rôle hybride Service Delivery Manager VIP / Head of Engineering. Je dirigeais une équipe interne (ingénieurs + alternants) et coordonnais 40 prestataires externes.
À 80 % orienté gestion de projet et management, je définissais les KPI critiques (disponibilité, MTTR, coût par transaction) puis menais les plans d’amélioration continue.
Les 20 % restants, très hands-on, étaient consacrés à la modernisation des infrastructures clients : automatisation, renforcement de la sécurité et réduction des incidents majeurs.
Cette fonction m’a permis de lier vision stratégique et exécution technique pour des comptes à haut enjeu.

En tant que CTO fractionné au sein d’une jeune pousse SaaS B2B (–100 p.), j’ai conçu puis déployé l’intégralité de l’infrastructure technique, de la salle serveur au pipeline de livraison continue.
En étroite collaboration avec le fondateur-CEO, j’ai établi le budget annuel (≈ 300 k€ CAPEX/OPEX), défini la feuille de route technologique et recruté une équipe pluridisciplinaire de 11 personnes (sysadmins, back-end et front-end).

Grâce à une industrialisation par l’automatisation et la méthodologie agile, les délais de mise en production sont tombés de 2 jours à 15 minutes, tandis que la création d’un nouvel environnement de développement est passée de 3 jours à 1 heure. L’architecture redondante que j’ai mise en place a garanti une disponibilité annuelle de 99,9 %

Au quotidien, j’ai piloté la gouvernance IT, instauré une culture DevSecOps, vulgarisé enjeux et risques auprès des équipes métier et de la direction, assurant ainsi une croissance technologique parfaitement alignée sur les objectifs business.

Through automation and agile delivery, production release time fell from 2 days to 15 minutes, while spinning up new development environments dropped from 3 days to 1 hour. The redundant architecture I designed delivered 99.9 % uptime.

Day-to-day, I steered IT governance, embedded a DevSecOps culture, and translated technical risks into business language for stakeholders, ensuring technology growth remained tightly aligned with strategic goals.
