• • Donor Compliance: Ensured full compliance with EU, FAO, and IFAD donor requirements including financial reporting, results frameworks, and programme evaluation across all active programmes

• • Leadership: Led a secretariat team of 8 staff during 6-month tenure as CEO with full responsibility for institutional governance, strategy, and stakeholder management

• • Knowledge Management: Supervised PAFO's institutional knowledge management strategy — designed and implemented the organisation's first digitised KM system using Airtable, centralising lessons learned, institutional memory, and programme data across 5 regional networks and 50 countries
