Based at global HQ in Geneva, Puma Energy is active in Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, North East Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.

Leading global Talent strategy and execution globally (Recruitment, Assessments, Employer Branding, Digital Transformation, Vendor Management...).

OD: Organization Design - Work closely with senior leaders and regional HR to design and delivers organizational effectiveness initiatives that would support Puma Energy new organization and strategy (change management, team effectiveness, succession planning, executive coaching)

Define and implement strategy to develop and optimize Talent Acquisition globally. Build and lead team in LATAM, Africa, India and Asia.

Role covers all elements of TA Strategy with process definition, leverage of fully integrated HR system (Workday), vendor management and on-boarding.

Implementation of AI in the recruitment process with gaming; Integration of Bots with significant impact on KPIs and Candidate Experience; Video interview for our commercial function as a pilot.

Develop data analytics to progress from reporting to predictive analytics.

Supporting senior leadership team for critical senior recruitment as well as regional and local teams for volume recruitment.
