En 2022, j'ai rejoint une agence de design indépendante basée à Milan en tant que Service Designer. Au cours des trois dernières années, j'ai travaillé pour des clients dans divers secteurs (automobile, énergie, voyage, non-profit, etc.) sur des projets allant de l'optimisation des services en ligne, à la création de plans d'engagement et de communication, à la conception et à l'exécution d'ateliers et d'événements, ou à la conception de site.
