J'ai un parcours un peu atypique : j'ai obtenu une Maîtrise d'anglais dans le but de devenir professeur, mais finalement j'ai préféré partir travailler à l'étranger où j'ai passé 10 ans (Irlande et Espagne), occupé des postes dans l'administration/gestion d'entreprise et la finance, et ainsi pu devenir trilingue. A mon retour en France, j'ai travaillé comme traductrice en freelance, puis je suis redevenue salariée dans une école de FLE. J'occupe maintenant un poste d'office manager, mais j'aspire à m'épanouir professionnellement à travers ma passion pour les mots et les langues. Je suis une fervente lectrice, amatrice de cinéma et séries, et mes expériences professionnelles et personnelles m'ont permis d'acquérir une facilité à écrire, corriger, organiser, traduire, le tout de façon rapide et précise, pour un rendu cohérent, fluide et naturel.

    My role is to make our offices one of the best places to work! After handling the office move to a new location, I also handled the decoration, supplies, layout of the office, and then I organised the inauguration evening for the new premises :) My daily tasks include (but are not limited to) :
    - Office : purchasing and installing furniture, services, equipment, supplies. Supervising cleaning, gardening and other providers' services
    - Admin : paying invoices, preparing documents for accounting, matching invoices with bank account transactions, handling expenses reports, helping on subsidies applications, handling NDAs and other documents' signature
    - Hiring & HR: keeping track of all candidates, keeping the hiring database up to date and interviewing candidates. Handling the HR processes, keeping the team calendar up to date, supervising holidays and extra hours, preparing work contracts
    - Organising team buildings and events (Seminars, Christmas party...)
    - Contact & marketing: answering emails to Sandfall contact address, sharing Sandfall news on social networks
    - Proof-reading and translating content for publications/ file applications etc
    - Helping the management team in various support tasks for the studio. This is a role where no two days are alike, and in which I feel fulfilled - being part of this extraordinary team of artists is a real privilege :)
