Elliot est un excellent DevOps qui prend le temps de bien comprendre les besoins et de s'adapter à n'importe quelle situation. Il s'implique très vite et très facilement dans le projet. Il est capable de répondre concrètement à une problématique et à apporter différentes solutions pertinentes et réfléchies. Il est capable d'expliquer sa démarche de façon très pédagogique afin que des décisions puissent être prises de manière collégiale. Il réalise un travail remarquable dans les délais impartis. Il communique régulièrement sur ces avancées et peut être facilement autonome si besoin.
