• • Building a full stack performance management platform for Maltem Africa covering the entire evaluation cycle (campaigns, self/manager/360 evaluations, competencies, role profiles, formations, and notifications), on Spring Boot 4 / Java 17 and Next.js 14 / TypeScript, on a two-person team.
• • Designed a weighted scoring engine that applies different coefficients per competency and per role profile (Junior, Confirmed, Senior, Lead), so evaluations stay comparable across roles instead of scoring everyone against the same flat rubric.
• • Built the auth layer around short-lived 15 minute access tokens with 7 day refresh tokens in HttpOnly cookies and automatic rotation, plus single-use, expiring tokens so external reviewers can complete a 360 evaluation without an account.
• • On the frontend, used a BFF pattern with server components for reads and API routes for mutations, and built role specific dashboards for HR, Manager, and Consultant users, plus a progressive evaluation form with sequential competency locking and mandatory comments.
• • Designed an async export pipeline with BullMQ and Redis to generate full campaign reports: each one rendered through Puppeteer with a competency radar chart, merged into a single PDF with a clickable table of contents, and streamed back to the user over Server-Sent Events.
• • Used Azure OpenAI (GPT-4o mini) to generate short AI summaries of strengths, gaps, and priorities per employee, and filtered out anyone without a finalized score before export, so incomplete evaluations never made it into a report.
• • Deployed the stack (Next.js, BullMQ worker, Redis) with Docker Compose, keeping the PDF worker isolated from the main Next.js thread so report generation for up to 300 consultants at once never blocks the app.

• • Built the health insurance contract management portal, one of three parallel products (a transverse platform, a savings/épargne platform, and the health/santé platform).
• • Owned full front-end delivery on the health platform: UX/UI implementation, API integration through a dedicated BFF, and maintenance of shared components in Storybook reused across all three products.
• • Consumed a BFF built by a dedicated backend engineer to handle authentication and reshape backend responses into a stable contract for the front end, isolating the UI from backend schema changes.

• • Embedded with Intelcia's development team to build and stabilize a real-time communication and monitoring platform used daily by over 10,000 agents, covering time logs, chat, and call activity.
• • Refactored and optimized existing code paths that could not hold up under that concurrent load, since any slowdown or downtime affected agents and team leaders across every shift.
• • Built a monitoring dashboard giving team leaders live visibility into agent activity and productivity, replacing what had been manual, delayed oversight.
• • Took part in ongoing TMA work, troubleshooting, applying updates, and monitoring performance to keep the platform reliable over a year and a half.
