HR business Partner for Sales in the Fast Growing Markets region in EMEA. Recruitment, carrier development and talent management, Performance management, conflict resolutions, change management, social relations support for the French entity (Workers Councils, Employee representative).

Learning consultant : analyse development needs, and then develop, promote facilitate and coordinate training programs and development activities for the sales teams in EMEA. These initiatives intent to be catalyst of a culture of excellence, and creativity. Through measurement of results and impact of these programs, we impulse a continuous improvement and evolution.

Managing integration of all the subsidiaries (in North Africa, Europe and Asia) and implementing HR processes and culture in these regions ( recruitment, comp & ben, organizational design etc.)

Recruiting : In close relationship with the business managers I was responsible for defining the profiles according to the customers projects needs, and then for all the recruitment process: direct sourcing, interviews, contract negotiation, presentation to customers etc. ·

Carrier developpement : Responsible of the network of external engineers, carrier development, internal communication, training plans..
