Diplomé de l'ESCP et des bootcamps du Wagon en web development et datascience & AI, cela fait plus de 8 ans que je travaille au sein d'équipe produit de Startup et Scale ups de la FrenchTech : FoodChéri, ManoMano, Iziwork, Mee6.

J'ai travaillé sur des produits ecommerce, Saas & HR tech à différentes phases de maturité : pré ou post product market fit.

J'ai travaillé au sein d'entreprises de 20 à 1000 personnes ce qui m'a permis de développer mon adaptabilité à différents contextes & cultures.

Au sein de la conception du produit j'ai travaillé sur toutes les phases : de la vision à la stratégie produit, roadmapping, product discovery, delivery et mesure de l'impact.

J'ai également des compétences de data analyst, à l'aise avec SQL, la mise en place du tracking pour les products analytics, la mise en place d'AB test et l'analyse des résultats.

- Arrived as lead product manager on the bot scope after management changes and fixed our delivery and team dynamic to get back on a track of fast iteration
- Led experimentations about paywall optimization & pricing changes to increase conversion rate (CVR) and top line revenues - Impact: flat.
- Brought Mee6 AI using Open API from 0 to 1 Impact: led initiative to reach USD 50k monthly revenues then handovered to another PM
- Revamped user onboarding to boost adoption of Mee6 plugins. Impact : +5% in activation rate through ab test
- Increased Mee6 product value by launching 6 new plugins. Impact: activation rate of some of these plugins in line with tier1 plugins driving most engagement
- Data: led analysis of Mee6 plugins contribution to revenue building several attribution models, defining key metrics and dahsboard in Big query & Amplitude tools
- Data: led exploration of plugins usage correlation to identify bundling opportunities
