During 3 years I worked on multiple projects :

Decathlon Activitiés: a B2C service disruptive with sport licence model. Proposing on demand sport for the whole family. Like a Airbnb for sport, the plateform allow sport professional (coach, club, school, fitness park...) to propose sport activities and users to book it from the website.

In a first time responsible of the Professional persona :

✔️ User interview to better understand professional needs and expectation.

✔️ Prototyping / test & implemantation of new business oriented function for professional. ✔️ UX run, continual measurement of the user experience, evangelization and animation of the team based on user experience.

In a second time Lead UX of the project :

✔️ Redefine user's target and peronas for participant users.

✔️ Rework of the platform to improve consistency with all the Decathlon sport service ecosystem.

✔️ Implemantation of new feature improving search and trust in the platform and sport professional.

Decathlon One Partner: a generic B2B tool intended for onboarding professional suppliers on any Decathlon project. In 2021 Decathlon.fr became a market place and quickly needed an interface to prospect and onboard new sellers.

✔️ UX research : benchmark and Interview of all sales across the whole Europe, main actors of the MP, to better understand their frictions in the onboarding process and make it scalable.

✔️ Restitution and presentation of the results uf the UX research to highlight the needs and weakness of the MP onboarding process

✔️ Rethinking of the onboarding process, prototyping and test of an interface to onboard sellers autonomously.

✔️ Seller dashboard design to track their performances, manage reviews and sales parameters for their products.

First time user experience implementation , reworking of the video clip creation scenario and interface, increasing engagement and user retention where the main tasks carried out. I worked remotely with a team of 8 developers.

Creation of an IRL social platform and community from scratch. I worked on UI and UX design, marketing and brand development using a lean and data driven approach. The team grew to 10 peoples when I took the role of product manager driving designer and developpers.
