Some representative projects won and delivered are as follows: - For a major world operator: conducted the revenue side due diligence for its 3G mobile licence bids in all its significant European markets; based on 1000s of consumer and business interviews, developed new needs-based segmentation and market model. - For a regional development agency: tested various scenarios for a culture-multimedia cluster. - For a Tier One Automotive Supplier: assessed the capabilities (notably in software development) needed to implement a strategy for growth. - For an Asian software system house: developed a strategy and a go-to-market plan for a new global SaaS product portfolio.
