Dima El Zufari

During 14 years, I worked with an International Bank and volunteered in an International Organization.

During these 14 years, I occupied several managerial positions:

From 2018 till now I’m occupying the position of Deputy Head of Credit and Collection department in the International bank and in parallel I occupied several positions within the International Organization: in 2021 I was the National President, in 2020 I was the National President Deputy, in 2019 I was the National Secretary General and in 2018 I was the National Vice President.

From 2013 till 2018 I occupied the position of Head of Consumer Loan and Recovery Unit within the bank and in parallel I occupied the position of Local President in 2016.

From 2009 till 2013 I occupied the position of Consumer loan officer within the bank.

I managed and trained more than 500 individuals in addition to a marketing team of 6 individual specialized in communication, social media and marketing.

I'm a strong woman eager to learn fast, easy to integrate, work under pressure, trilingual (French, English and Arabic), has no boundaries, hard worker, creative and very organized.

During my professional life I learnt to handle the task from A to Z: creating the project, create the budget, bring the client, create the marketing, study the credit file and collect the Non performed debt if applicable

I'm a woman who is always searching for new challenges and opportunities for this reason I decided to be a freelancer to boost my professional career.
