My role as Vice President Sales France, reporting to the CEO and Deputy CEO, was to lead the scale up of the company in 2018. - Define and execute Sales Strategy to Retailers & Brands. - Oversee sales to Direct Advertisers & Media Agencies. - Kickoff the sale of a new SAAS offering based on Insights & Analytics for Retailers. - Hire & Lead the Sales force (14 headcounts out of 60 employees). - Ensure ambitious, yet profitable, growth. - Keep and develop customers relationships. - Drive discussions to close complex deals. - Prepare the opening of foreign markets globally.
